I really like how you switched up your style for this comic. You should always allow for time to work and time to think. Generally I come up with ideas during sleep or while driving, which is why I have a notebook next to my bed and one in my car. Of course, I have other notebooks all over the place, just in case. You never know what your muse will be and when it will come about.
Thanks man, I’m actually tempted to explore this stylefurther. It’s a real time-saver.
The note-book idea is great.I find I also get some nice ideas when I’m not trying for it. Just doodling things or taking a walk seems to do the trick. I have a hard time accepting that though. I’m a bit obsessive when I want to get work done, so letting it rest is challenging.
